The Grey Skies are Clearing.
Plus New Website and why I don't want to keep all my eggs in one basket.
Welcome to FoodStack Kitchen (digest version). A subsection of the FoodStack Library.
As the grey skies over the UK begin to lift, albeit briefly, I find myself standing by my kitchen door, trying to soak up as much of the sunlight and vitamin D as I possibly can until the clouds see fit to deprive us of such happiness until the next time.
During these dark, depressing months of Winter, I suddenly realised when it came to the FoodStack Library publication that I was placing all my eggs in one basket and wanted to keep all my options open. If one publication goes offline, which happened recently as a result of domain name redirections system error my internet provider going down, at least I can access the other, until service is restored.
So here I am, with a new website - FoodStack Kitchen, away from Substack, containing my recipes that are freely available to download and print off.
These regular digests will include what cookbooks I’ve been using, new free recipes and the latest news and posts within the FoodStack Library publication.
I hope you like the plan.
As always, constructive feedback is appreciated.
Lynn.

My Cookbooks
With the help of lots of CCC members, their recipes and a great team at Quercus Publishers, in 2013 and 2015, I published two cookbooks.

Lynn, you continue to impress and motivate me to think outside the box. And to be prepared! Both of those recipes are something I could eat right now.
