Great interview! I also love the tip to list the ingredients in the order they are used. And loved her ideal world and real world recipe testing examples.

I also agree with your comment Rachel about AI doing the drudgery work for me, where's the app booking my kid's dentist appointments for me?!

Such a good interview! And I agree with her tip "list the ingredients in the order they are used." Whenever I come across a recipe that doesn't, it just drives me mad, lol!

Me too. Most cookbooks are fine, but some website recipes are confusing.
